UX Meetup & German UPA regional group Freiburg

I co-founded UX Freiburg, the official German UPA regional group for Freiburg, to strengthen the local UX, Product and Tech community. We organize regular meetups, create opportunities for knowledge sharing, and connect designers, researchers, product managers and engineers across companies and industries.

Today, the community reaches 600+ professionals, hosts regular events, and brings together members from companies such as Haufe, Lexware, JobRad, SICK and many others.

Abundantia

Building a design system that enables teams to deliver consistent product experiences at scale. As Lead of Abundantia, a financial design system, I oversee its development, focusing on user experience, standardization, and functionality. My role is to ensure the project delivers an inclusive, efficient, and user-friendly system.

I lead our newly unified design team and drive the shift from fragmented product design to a cohesive, system-oriented portfolio. By harmonizing standards and integrating recently acquired products, I build shared foundations that enable consistency and scalability. In close collaboration with product owners and leadership, I steer our initiatives toward a unified and forward-looking user experience.

Establishing UX within the company and transfering a rich client platform to the web. Also introducing new tools and workflows to enable and work more cooperatively with our colleagues. Improving tooling alignment during growth phase.

E-Commerce

As a newly formed senior team at a new location, we were responsible for delivering high-quality services to VIP clients. Introduced Figma and modern design workflows, enabling the UX team to collaborate more effectively and scale product design across teams. These advances will also play an important role in the upcoming IPO, enabling the team to be more agile in the face of market changes.

As the Design Lead for the Portal team, managing a portal platform supporting over 3000 white-label ticketing web shops. and supported multiple product teams. As a web and mobile application designer, I have developed both consumer and enterprise products. I also led the design of the secondary ticketing marketplace for the 1st Bundesliga. I additionally managed the implementation of a location-wide software stack for the design team.
